Master 178 Cutaway Trainer

Most lock picking training locks are really good for education to help newcomers to the lock picking and security world, whether the locks are "seethrough" or "cutaways" or otherwise. Bust most practice locks fall short with their tactile feel to the user. Often people that have very practiced skill in real world lock picking may struggle on an otherwise easy practice lock. 

This Master 175 / Master 178 cutaway lock is one of the few exceptions to that rule above. This lock does feel exactly like a real-world in-use lock to me when I train with it. 

• The master 175's are usually the brass or gold colored small combo padlocks. They are often much easier to bypass overall. 
• This product, the black colored combo lock, is a 178 combo lock that is slightly more difficult to open than the 175's.
